Until 1990, worked as an inspector of personal and general parts at the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, trainee assistant prosecutor of the Chervonozavodskyi district of Kharkiv, assistant at the department of the Kharkiv Institute of Urban Economy Engineers. From 1990 to 2007 — lawyer. From 2007 to 2010 — judge of the Kharkiv District Administrative Court, since 2010 — judge of the Kharkiv Administrative Court of Appeal. Passed qualification assessment in 2018, total score — 805.7. Candidate of Juridical Sciences (Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs).

Father of the candidate Tatsiy Vasyl Yakovych — rector of the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University. Husband Yehupenko Vladyslav Vadymovych — judge of the Kharkiv District Administrative Court. Daughter Tatsiy Olena Vladyslavivna — judge of the Commercial Court of Luhansk region. Sister — director of LLC "Roksolana Plus." Sister's husband Stanislav Kosinov worked at the Territorial Office of the Accounting Chamber for Kharkiv, Sumy, and Poltava regions, at the State Financial Inspection in Kharkiv region. Currently, he is acting first deputy head of the State Audit Service and a deputy of the Kharkiv City Council, and in 2002–2006 was a People's Deputy of Ukraine.
