Because I want to convey the incredible atmosphere of interest, excitement, anxiety, hopeful bewilderment of everyone — from a first-year student to a professor, from a doctor of sciences to a cloakroom employee. An epochal event took place, a law was adopted that has no analogues in Ukraine! What next? What will its practical implementation be like? Will the promised really be fulfilled? Hopeful expectations and anticipation filled the hall and the souls of people. The President spoke confidently and triumphantly… This event, its atmosphere prompted me to participate in the competition for the position of judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court," — notes N.
