Sister Zaets Olesia Oleksandrivna worked in the General Prosecutor's Office and in the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine in 2014–2015. Cousin Leontovych Maksym Andriiovych has been working since 2011 in the High Council of Justice (High Council of Judiciary), currently a leading specialist of the department for judicial appointments and termination of judges' retirement in the judicial career management department, previously was an assistant to the deputy chairman of the HCJ, assistant to the secretary of the disciplinary section, etc.
Biography
Born in Vyshneve, Kyiv region. Graduated from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University (specialist), and obtained a master's degree at the Odessa National Law Academy. In 2002–2004 worked as a legal department reviewer in the editorial office of the newspaper «Stolytsia» (at that time his uncle was head of the legal issues department of LLC «Editorial office of the newspaper «Stolytsia»»). In 2007–2011 worked at the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal as a judge's assistant and advisor to the court chairman. Then for half a year was a legal counsel at LLC «YK «Finance and Credit Lex». Since 2012 — judge of the Sviatoshynskyi District Court.
Qualification evaluation regarding him is currently suspended (not passed).
Judiciary
Among the cases that may indicate his competence, he mentioned a case regarding the appeal of an order, reinstatement at work, and recovery of property damage for the period of forced absence. «During the consideration of this case, the plaintiff and representatives repeatedly challenged, filed complaints to the High Qualification Commission of Judges and other bodies, trying in this way to change the composition of the court or achieve another desired result, behaved unethically and unsatisfactorily, but the case was considered in the shortest possible time by an unchanged composition of the court», — the candidate wrote in the questionnaire.
The HQCJ considered a disciplinary case against him and on November 5, 2015 decided to terminate it.
Declaration
In the 2014 declaration, he indicated an apartment of 121.6 sq.m, no real estate was indicated for the family. Also indicated that he owns two cars: Audi 2011 model year and Toyota 2008 model year.
