Lawyer — candidate for the Cassation Criminal Court within the Supreme Court
Score based on the results of anonymous written testing — 84.75 out of 90 possible (6th place in the ranking for the CCC of the SC)
Motivation
«During professional activity in law enforcement agencies, courts of various levels, I and other lawyers repeatedly encountered attempts by officials to bring knowingly innocent persons to criminal, civil-law or administrative liability, saw all the injustice and shortcomings of the law enforcement system, due to which we were forced to bear the main burden in the fight for human rights, using various legislative opportunities to combat this totalitarian and corrupt system. Therefore, in my opinion, it is the bar that should play an important role in renewing the judiciary by conducting an open and transparent competition for the positions of judges of the cassation courts within the Supreme Court».
