Biography
In 2007, he obtained a master's degree in international law and as a referent-translator of English (with honors) at the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University. In 2007, he also obtained a master's degree in finance at Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University. Since 2007, he has had the right to practice as a lawyer.
From January to September 2017, he was head of the dispute resolution department at LLC "International Law Firm "Integrites" concurrently; from July to September 2017 — head of the dispute resolution department at JSC "Integrites"; from 2005 to 2017 — lawyer at JSC "Law Firm "Vasyl Kisil and Partners". Since 2017, he has been Deputy Head of the Department for Judicial Work of the Legal Department of PJSC "NAK "Naftogaz Ukrainy".

In the questionnaire, he stated that he has no experience in criminal defense, only at the pre-trial investigation stage.

Regarding the candidate, there was a separate ruling by the Kyiv Court of Appeal in 2014. As Oleksii Sluch himself noted, the Kyiv City Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission, the client, and the law firm concluded that he did not violate the Law on Advocacy and Advocacy Activity or the Rules of Professional Ethics, so the Commission refused to open disciplinary proceedings.
