The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, by decrees dated July 30, 2026, No. 641/2026–653/2026, appointed 13 judges to appeal and local courts.
In particular, according to part five of Article 126, Article 127, and parts one and two of Article 128 of the Constitution of Ukraine, the President decided to appoint new judges to the following courts:
- Zaporizhzhia Appeal Court — Lidiya Kravchenko, Kristina Kolomarenko, Daryna Kolts, and Kostyantyn Mashkov;
- Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv — Olena Molchan;
- Eighth Administrative Appeal Court — Oleh Ilnytskyi;
- Northern Commercial Appeal Court — Mykola Moroz;
- Zakarpattia Appeal Court — Ivan Kotubey;
- Central Commercial Appeal Court — Oksana Yareshko and Artem Sukhovarov;
- Western Commercial Appeal Court — Vasyl Truskavetskyi and Maksym Narolskyi;
- Zhytomyr Appeal Court — Oksana Chebotarenko.
Distribution by courts:
- Zaporizhzhia Appeal Court — 4 judges;
- Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv — 1 judge;
- Eighth Administrative Appeal Court — 1 judge;
- Northern Commercial Appeal Court — 1 judge;
- Zakarpattia Appeal Court — 1 judge;
- Central Commercial Appeal Court — 2 judges;
- Western Commercial Appeal Court — 2 judges;
- Zhytomyr Appeal Court — 1 judge.
