When Tax Obligations Must Be Paid
The Main Department of the State Tax Service in Zakarpattia region reminded citizens who submitted a tax declaration of property status and income that they must fulfil their obligation to pay tax liabilities by 1 August 2026.
The tax service clarified that, as 1 August falls on a weekend, the deadline for payment is 31 July 2026.
Citizens and self-employed individuals must independently pay Personal Income Tax (PIT) and military levy based on the results of the annual income declaration for 2025.

Based on the results of the annual declaration, individuals must independently pay:
-
Personal Income Tax — under budget classification code 11010500;

The State Tax Service reminded that PIT is paid at the taxpayer’s tax address (registration), i.e., to the budget of the territorial community where the individual is registered.
