Law enforcement officers are conducting investigative actions at the National Securities and Stock Market Commission
The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine reported that law enforcement officers are currently working on the premises — they are conducting investigative actions on site.
"We fully cooperate with the investigation, providing all necessary documents and information as required by law. According to our data, law enforcement officers are interested in documents related to the Commission's work in previous years," said the Chairman of the Commission, Oleksiy Semenyuk.
They also added that the Commission continues to operate as usual and performs all its regulatory functions.
"Since we are not conducting a pre-trial investigation, we do not have the right to comment on its progress or details," the Commission added.
