In Kyiv, an elite Ferrari driver was punished for speeding at 108 km/h
In Kyiv, drivers of Audi and Ferrari were punished for driving through the city at speeds of 112 km/h and 108 km/h.
As reported by the Kyiv Patrol Police, law enforcement officers reminded the drivers of the traffic rules and issued fines under Part 4 of Article 122 (Exceeding the established speed limits by more than 50 km/h) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
The police reminded that:
- according to Part 1 of Article 122 of the Code of Administrative Offenses — exceeding the established speed limits by more than 20 km/h entails a fine of 340 hryvnias;
- according to Part 4 of Article 122 of the Code of Administrative Offenses — exceeding the established speed limits by more than 50 km/h entails a fine of 1700 hryvnias.
