Veterans will be able to receive discounts via QR code – the Zakhyst+ app is now operational
The Ministry of Veterans Affairs announces the "Zakhyst+" app, which combines loyalty programs from partners, a map of veteran-friendly establishments, and access to discounts and cashback via QR code.
The app was created as part of the "Here Veterans Are Honored" project. It helps veterans quickly find establishments, businesses, and services that offer special conditions for the veteran community.
What is available in the app
In "Zakhyst+", users can:
- view partner establishments in their city;
- find the nearest locations using geolocation;
- use a map of establishments marked "Here Veterans Are Honored";
- receive discounts, cashback, or special offers from partners;
- confirm eligibility for preferential offers via QR code in the app;
- receive push notifications about new partners and current opportunities;
- find contacts for support services offering legal consultations, psychological help, and other services.
How to use the app
- Download "Zakhyst+" from the App Store or Google Play.
- Register and confirm veteran status through "Diia".
- Select a city and browse the catalog of partner establishments.
- Visit an establishment and show the QR code in the app.
- Receive a discount, cashback, or other special conditions.
Purpose of the service
The Ministry of Veterans Affairs notes that "Zakhyst+" helps veterans find available opportunities nearby faster, and helps businesses join in supporting the veteran community.
The service continues to develop, with new partners, offers, and additional features gradually joining.
