Status of Settlements with the Budget: How Ukrainians Can Obtain an Official Extract from the State Tax Service
Information about the status of settlements with the budget can be viewed in the "Status of Settlements with the Budget" menu in the private section of the Electronic Cabinet. For official confirmation of this data, an extract on the status of settlements can be obtained. This was reported by the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
How to obtain the extract
To generate the document, it is necessary to submit a request in the private section of the Electronic Cabinet using form F/J13002 in the "Applications, requests for obtaining information" section.
If information is needed for several years, a separate request must be submitted for each calendar year.
Receiving and deadlines
After processing the request, the extract is delivered to the private section of the Electronic Cabinet or through other electronic communication means.
The deadline for providing the document is up to two working days after the request is accepted by the territorial body of the State Tax Service.
Paper form of the extract
If necessary, the taxpayer can choose the paper form of the document. In this case, the extract is provided no earlier than the fifth working day after the request is accepted.
