From June 1, 2026, Passport Service centers in Poland and Italy will switch to registration in an electronic queue using Diia.Sign. This was reported by the State Enterprise "Document".
"The mode of citizen reception in Italy (Milan) is exclusively by prior registration in the electronic queue.
The mode of citizen reception at Passport Service centers in Poland (Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdańsk, and Kraków) is prior registration in the electronic queue and a "live queue".
The current number of tickets that our centers can issue and process each working day without prior registration (in the format of a "live queue"):
Warsaw - 60 tickets daily
Wrocław - 40 tickets daily
Gdańsk - 30 tickets daily
Kraków - 30 tickets daily," the statement reads.
The SE recommends using online registration on the website, which is continuously updated throughout the day.
It was also emphasized that the acceptance of documents for apostille, sending previously processed documents, and issuing ready documents will take place without prior registration.
