Yuliia Svyrydenko Announced the Completion of Repair Works on Major Highways of Ukraine
Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuliia Svyrydenko announced the completion of repair works on major highways after winter.
“Priority repair works to eliminate potholes and other deformations formed after winter have been completed on national and international highways,” she said.
The head of government noted that 14 million m² of road surface have been repaired — the highest figure since the full-scale invasion began.
“Restoring the proper condition of roads is primarily a matter of people's safety, uninterrupted movement of cargo for the Defense Forces, and stable operation of the economy.
Going forward, efforts to restore road infrastructure will be focused on frontline regions, particularly on highways that are critically important for military logistics and evacuation,” added Yuliia Svyrydenko.
