In Khmelnytskyi, a man was recovered over half a million hryvnias of alimony debt
In Khmelnytskyi region, over half a million hryvnias of alimony debt were recovered from a man. This was reported by the Khmelnytskyi Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
“Within the framework of one enforcement proceeding, the state executor of the Second Department of the State Executive Service in the city of Khmelnytskyi, thanks to the consistent application of legally prescribed enforcement measures, ensured the full repayment of the alimony debt,” the agency stated.
In total, more than 531 thousand hryvnias were recovered from the debtor at once, including:
355.5 thousand hryvnias — the amount of alimony;
140.8 thousand hryvnias — penalties;
35.5 thousand hryvnias — enforcement fee.
“All recovered funds were transferred in accordance with the requirements of current legislation,” the agency added.
