Competition for the Kharkiv Court of Appeal: one candidate awaits an interview
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of three candidates for judge positions at the Kharkiv Court of Appeal were determined. This was reported by the HQCJ.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment on June 9, the Commission made the following decisions:
Marina Mykhailivna Sviridova - 680.4 - Did not confirm the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court
Olena Pavlivna Soroka - A break was announced in the consideration of the matter
Lyudmyla Mykolayivna Rybalchenko - 685.8 - To submit to the plenary session of the Commission the issue of confirming the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court
The HQCJ reminded that 62 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 47 vacant judge positions at the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 36 candidates: 24 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 5 candidates did not confirm it, interviews with 7 candidates will take place in the plenary session of the Commission. The qualification assessment for 1 candidate was suspended.
