The NBU will simplify clients' access to depository services: what will change
From June 15, the Depository of the National Bank of Ukraine will launch the online service "Client Cabinet" – a modern electronic channel for automating interaction with market participants, which will simplify clients' access to depository services. This was reported by the NBU.
At the first stage of the service operation, clients will have access to information from the "NBU Depository" system in terms of:
administrative client data and the ability to update it;
optimization of the process of automated formation of letters/orders based on document templates placed in the online service "Client Cabinet";
consolidated reference materials regarding working with the "NBU Depository" system.
"Further phased expansion of the service's functional capabilities is planned, taking into account user experience, feedback, and client requests to further improve interaction with the NBU Depository accounting system," the statement says.
When creating the new service, the National Bank's depository focused on the following priorities:
providing electronic access to administrative information about clients from the depository accounting system;
automated creation of documents for interaction with the NBU depository.
The needs of clients were also taken into account. The NBU Depository analyzed, in particular, client requests and feedback regarding the completion of certain documents for managing securities accounts and interaction with the "NBU Depository" system and conducted an additional survey on auxiliary services.
