The state enterprise "Document" announced that from June 16, the Passport Service in Warsaw and Wroclaw will introduce a new work format.

"Citizen reception will now take place exclusively by prior appointment in the electronic queue.

This will ensure a guaranteed reception time for each client and increase the level of comfort during service," the statement said.

The state enterprise advises citizens to plan their visit in advance.

Appointments are available on the official website.

"Apostille processing and issuance of ready documents will take place without prior appointment," the state enterprise added.
