The State Labor Service launched the labor rights portal "Pratsia360": how to get the necessary clarifications
The State Labor Service of Ukraine, together with the International Labour Organization, launched a free portal "Pratsia360", where Ukrainians can get practical clarifications about their labor rights, official employment, safe working conditions, and protection from labor exploitation. We explain who will benefit from the new service and what information can be found there.
Its goal is to help employees and employers quickly find answers to the most common questions regarding labor relations.
Why this portal appeared
It is noted that after the start of the full-scale war, millions of Ukrainians changed their place of residence, job, or profession. Many faced questions about official employment, signing labor contracts, or maintaining social benefits for the first time.
The State Labor Service emphasized that a significant part of labor law violations arise precisely due to people’s lack of awareness. Because of this, employees may:
- agree to work without official registration;
- not know how to act in case of illegal dismissal;
- mistakenly believe that official work will lead to loss of social assistance.
What information can be found on the portal
Pratsia360 contains practical materials about labor relations in Ukraine, including:
- step-by-step explanations of labor rights;
