The State Register of Property Rights to Real Estate Updated: What Has Changed
The State Enterprise "National Information Systems" announced that on May 31 it updated the software of the State Register of Property Rights to Real Estate (SRPR).
Within this update, the following was implemented:
- New types of easements were added to the SRPR easement directory:
- the right to place (without capital construction) objects of recreational infrastructure, as well as engineering infrastructure necessary for their functioning and maintenance;
- the right to deploy and operate electronic communication networks:
- the name of the easement "the right to lay and operate power lines, electronic communication networks, pipelines, other linear communications" was changed to "the right to lay and operate power lines, pipelines, other linear communications."
- A new algorithm was created for providing information from the SRPR by the taxpayer identification number or the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine (EDRPOU) of a subject for whom there is a large number of records in the SRPR, and the ability to download generated PDF files without opening them in the browser was added to avoid browser size limitations on documents.
To obtain information about a subject with a large number of records in the SRPR, it is necessary to generate information EXCLUSIVELY by the EDRPOU/RNOKPP code of that subject, WITHOUT specifying its name/full name or other identifying attributes.
- Added display of the date and time of registration of the transferred record in the SRPR and in documents generated by the SRPR software.
- Displayed in the SRPR view in the card of another property right information about attributes of other property rights derived from ownership rights, namely: the number of the part of the land plot to which the sublease/easement applies, additions to the type of easement, the IRP applies to: all property/part of the property acquired under a contract concluded with the emphyteuta, the number of emphyteusis information.
