The state provides up to 1 million hryvnias to farmers – State Agrarian Register has started accepting applications to support farmers
From June 2, the State Agrarian Register began accepting applications from farms for financial support to develop production and expand activities. Under the program, farmers can receive up to 1 million hryvnias in interest-free loans for up to 5 years, with guarantees for the repayment of budget funds. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy.
Farms, including family farms without legal entity status, can participate in the program provided they are registered in the State Agrarian Register. Mandatory requirements include no tax arrears, no ongoing bankruptcy procedures, no sanction restrictions, and conducting activities outside temporarily occupied territories.
As noted by the Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, Denys Bashlyk, the funds received can be used by farmers to purchase machinery and equipment, buy agricultural animals, construct or reconstruct production facilities, establish perennial plantations, develop cooperation, irrigation and land reclamation, as well as other areas related to production development.
Applications will be accepted until July 2, 2026.
After the submission period ends, the commission of the Ukrainian State Fund will review the applications and select the winners of the competition. The results will be communicated to farms through the State Agrarian Register. The Ukrainian State Fund will sign agreements on financial support with the program winners.
