In Diia, the submission of applications for forced displacement abroad has been updated – what has changed for Ukrainians
In the Diia app and on the portal, the service for submitting applications in category A1.2 "Forced displacement outside Ukraine" has been updated. This was reported by Diia.
After the service update, data on crossing the state border is correctly pulled up when filling out the application. Ukrainians who previously could not complete the submission due to technical difficulties are advised to try again.
Applications can be submitted by Ukrainian citizens who, after February 24, 2022, were forced to leave their place of residence due to the full-scale Russian invasion and left abroad. This category also applies to those who were outside Ukraine and cannot return home because of the war.
To submit an application, it is necessary to:
- authorize on the Diia portal,
- select the service for submitting applications to the Damage Registry for Ukraine,
- go to category A1.2 "Forced displacement outside Ukraine",
- check the data that will be automatically pulled into the application,
- fill in the required information,
- send the application to the Registry.
