Combatants and persons with disabilities due to the war have the opportunity to use the state preferential lending program to purchase housing. This was reminded by the Sumy Regional Territorial recruitment and social support center.

The program provides financing for the purchase of an apartment or residential house up to 50 years old, as well as reconstructed housing that is not older than 35 years.

Main lending conditions

  • interest rate — 3% per annum;
  • loan term — up to 30 years;
  • down payment — from 6%.

The loan is provided for the purchase of housing with a standard area: 52.5 sq. m for one person or a couple, plus an additional 21 sq. m for each subsequent family member.

The right to participate in the program is granted to combatants and persons with disabilities due to the war who are on the housing register, have an official income, are not provided with housing or have less than 13.65 sq. m of living space per person, and have not previously used other state housing programs.

To obtain a loan, it is necessary to register in the State Youth Housing system, choose housing, submit a package of documents, and after approval, conclude a loan agreement.
