Not only a safe: Ukrainians can hand over important documents to a notary for safekeeping
Citizens and legal entities can hand over important documents to a notary for safekeeping to ensure their preservation, confidentiality, and protection from loss or damage.
This possibility is provided by the Law of Ukraine "On Notariat" and the Procedure for Notarial Acts by Notaries of Ukraine. According to the legislation, a notary has the right to accept documents for safekeeping upon the application of the interested person.

Both individuals and legal entities can hand over documents for safekeeping. This service may be relevant in cases where it is necessary to guarantee the safe storage of important documents and protect them from loss or damage.

To hand over documents for safekeeping, you need to contact a notary with the appropriate application. Usually, documents are accepted with an inventory list.
At the request of the applicant, the notary may accept documents without an inventory if they are properly packed in the presence of the notary.

After accepting the documents, the notary issues a certificate of acceptance of documents for safekeeping. This document confirms the fact of handing over the documents and is subsequently required for their retrieval.
