How to Sign Up for Online Video Identification: Instructions from the Pension Fund of Ukraine
To undergo identification via videoconference through the electronic services web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, several steps must be completed. This was reminded by the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk region.
- On the main page of the web portal, select the tab "Application for identification via videoconference" in the top panel.
- Fill in the required fields of the electronic form:
- personal data;
- method of conducting video identification (Google Meet, Signal, Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, Zoom);
- type of service needed during video identification (sign language interpreter, physical assistance, other).
- Give consent to receive email notifications from the Pension Fund and click "Submit application".
Scanned copies of documents may be attached to the application:
- passport or ID card;
- pension certificate;
- certificate of identification number assignment;
- work book or documents confirming work experience;
- military ID;
- birth certificate, etc.
The size of each file must not exceed 1 MB.
After submitting the application for video identification, an authorized employee of the Pension Fund of Ukraine will contact the citizen to agree on the time and method of its conduct.
Video identification is carried out within 30 calendar days, but not earlier than 10 working days from the date of application/submission — at the time and in the manner agreed with the recipient.
