The Ministry of Health of Ukraine reported that as of June 4, the water quality at several Kyiv beaches is safe and meets established standards.

Specifically, swimming is allowed in the Dnipro district at the beaches "Venetsia," "Veselka," "Molodizhny," "Peredmistna Slobidka," and "Tsentralnyi," as well as in the Desniansky district at the "Chortoryi" beach in the "Muromets" park on the Dnipro River.

At the same time, the Ministry of Health reminded that the official beach season in Kyiv has not yet opened.

However, based on laboratory test results as of June 4, microbiological water quality non-compliance was found at several capital city beaches.

Therefore, swimming is not recommended in the Dnipro district at the "Dytyachyi" and "Zolotyi" beaches on the Dnipro River, as well as at the "Telbin" beach.

In the Desniansky district, water quality non-compliance was recorded at the "Raiduha" beach (Dnipro River) and the "Troieshchyna" beach (Desenka River).

Water also does not meet established standards at the "Halernyi" beach in the Holosiivskyi district and at the "Ostriv Obolon," "Verbnyi," and "Pushcha-Vodytsia" beaches (5th–7th lines) in the Obolonsky district.

Citizens are urged to consider water quality inspection results when planning recreation near water bodies.
