In Kyiv, a BMW driver who was "flying" at a speed of over 200 km/h was punished
In Kyiv, law enforcement officers stopped a BMW driver who was driving through the city at a speed of 206 km/h.
As reported by the Kyiv Patrol Police, the traffic violator was issued a fine under part 4 of article 122 (Exceeding the established speed limits for vehicles by more than 50 km/h) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
The police reminded that the maximum allowed speed for vehicles is:
▪️ in populated areas — 50 km/h;
▪️ outside populated areas — 90 km/h;
▪️ on roads with separate carriageways divided by a median strip — 110 km/h;
▪️ on highways — 130 km/h.
