The State Labor Service reminded what guarantees donors have at work
The Central-Western Interregional Department of the State Labor Service reminded what guarantees donors have at work.
On the day of medical examination and blood donation, the employee is released from work with preservation of average earnings.
An additional day off, fully paid by the employer, is provided immediately after each donation day (the next day).
"If desired, this day off can be used immediately or added to the annual leave.
These rules are mandatory for all enterprises and organizations of any form of ownership," the State Labor Service added.
