Selection of candidates for 121 positions of prosecutors in district prosecutor's offices: exam results published
The Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of Prosecutors announced that on June 5 it adopted decision No. 327dk-26 "On approval of the results of the qualification exam, determination of the passing score, and the list of candidates for the position of prosecutor in the district prosecutor's office who successfully passed the qualification exam."
According to part three of article 32 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Prosecutor's Office," individuals and legal entities, public organizations may submit information to the Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of Prosecutors regarding the integrity of candidates for the position of prosecutor (who successfully passed the qualification exam and whose list was approved by paragraph 3 of the above-mentioned decision) within one month from the date of official publication of the list of candidates who successfully passed the qualification exam.
