Apartment and Two Luxury SUVs: HACC Seized Assets of Former Head of TCC Myroslav Volkov
The High Anti-Corruption Court satisfied the claim of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office regarding the recognition of unjustified assets of the former head of the Kremenchuk District Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support Myroslav Volkov.
The claim was filed based on materials from the National Agency on Corruption Prevention and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
According to NACP data, during 2022–2024, the official acquired an apartment in Kremenchuk and two luxury SUVs through third parties, one of which was later alienated. An analysis of the income, expenses, and property status of the former head of the TCC, his family, and related persons showed that there were insufficient legal sources to acquire these assets.
Currently, the court has decided to seize the value of the unjustified assets amounting to almost 3 million UAH in favor of the state:
- an apartment in a club house;
- a TOYOTA LAND CRUISER PRADO vehicle;
- the value of a TOYOTA RAV-4 vehicle and the income received from its alienation.
The HACC decision has not yet come into legal force and may be appealed within 30 days from the date the full text is drawn up.
