The State Emergency Service reported the death of the search and rescue dog of the Mobile Rescue Center for Rapid Response "Sumy" Khan (HAN Zoterhof).
The four-legged rescuer served for many years as part of the canine unit and participated in search and rescue operations in difficult conditions. Together with the handlers, he searched for people.
The State Emergency Service notes that thanks to his developed sense of smell, training, and dedication, Khan repeatedly helped find people and save more than one human life.
