Serhii Koretskyi Criticised the Implementation of Resilience Plans and Set a Strict Deadline for Ministries
Prime Minister Serhii Koretskyi held a meeting with representatives from the relevant ministries and services following the unsatisfactory implementation of resilience plans.
Serhii Koretsky stated that he expected to receive comprehensive information on each area by the end of the week, including work already completed, the most significant risks, and areas requiring urgent strengthening.
"It is critically important to understand clearly the existing gaps and shortcomings, and the ways to resolve them. Control over the implementation of the plans will be continuous," the Prime Minister emphasised.
The head of government also announced that the next stage would be an extended meeting with the heads of regional military administrations and state-owned companies to discuss the status of resilience plan implementation and future steps.
As previously reported, President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed dissatisfaction with the pace of resilience plan implementation in the regions ahead of the heating season. He stated that one of the priority tasks for the new Minister for Recovery, Infrastructure, and Transport, Mykola Kalashnyk, should be to strengthen the country’s preparations for winter.
