Dnipro Court of Appeal is looking for 23 judges: The High Qualification Commission of Judges has decided on five more candidates
The High Qualification Commission of Judges, as a panel, conducted interviews and determined the results of the qualification assessment of five candidates for judge positions at the Dnipro Court of Appeal.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission made the following decisions:
Serhiy Hryhorovych Nesterenko - 684.14 points (to submit to the plenary session of the Commission for consideration of confirming the ability to administer justice);
Tetyana Volodymyrivna Davydovska - 731.09 (to submit to the plenary session of the Commission for consideration of confirming the ability to administer justice);
Vyacheslav Oleksandrovych Zaborskyi - consideration postponed;
Vadym Oleksandrovych Lysenko - 725.91 (confirmed ability to administer justice in the appellate general court);
Anastasiia Volodymyrivna Shalahinova - 698.88 (to submit to the plenary session of the Commission for consideration of confirming the ability to administer justice).
It is known that 43 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 23 vacant judge positions at the Dnipro Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 17 candidates: 12 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 1 candidate did not confirm, and 4 candidates are awaiting interviews in the plenary session of the Commission. Two candidates withdrew from participation.
