The High Council of Justice made a decision to dismiss judge Nataliya Kryuchko of the Podilskyi District Court of Poltava. This was reported by the HCJ.

The decision was made based on the submission of the First Disciplinary Chamber of the HCJ. Earlier, the chamber concluded the necessity to hold the judge disciplinarily liable and to apply the strictest disciplinary sanction — submitting a proposal for dismissal from office.

According to the Constitution of Ukraine, a judge may be dismissed in case of committing a significant disciplinary offense, gross or systematic neglect of duties, if such actions are incompatible with the status of a judge or indicate unsuitability for the position held.
