The HQCJ will consider the issue of seconding judges to the Bilyayivka District Court of Odesa region
The High Qualification Commission of Judges has scheduled the issue of submitting a proposal for secondment (temporary transfer) to carry out justice at the Bilyayivka District Court of Odesa region for 3 judges.
The consideration will take place on August 26 at 10:00 at the premises of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine (Kyiv, 9 General Shapoval Street).
A judge who intends to be seconded to another court of the same level and specialization must submit their consent along with their documents to the Commission.
It was previously reported that the HQCJ formed a “personnel bank” for 2026–2028.
