Some Ukrainians will receive up to 3100 UAH in the summer: who was assigned payments
In the summer of 2026, certain categories of Ukrainians will receive additional cash payments from the state. This concerns a one-time financial aid for Ukraine's Independence Day, which is to be paid by August 24 in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution.
Specifically, persons with disabilities due to the war and former minor prisoners of concentration camps, ghettos, and other places of forced detention, who are recognized as persons with disabilities due to general illness, occupational injury, or other reasons, will receive:
- persons with Group I disability — 3100 hryvnias;
- persons with Group II disability — 2900 hryvnias;
- persons with Group III disability — 2700 hryvnias.
Combatants, affected participants of the Revolution of Dignity, former minor prisoners of concentration camps, ghettos, and other places of forced detention, as well as children born in such places of parental detention, will receive 1000 hryvnias each.
Persons who have special merits to the Motherland are entitled to a payment of 3100 hryvnias.
Family members of fallen (deceased) defenders of Ukraine, as well as family members of deceased war veterans, will receive 650 hryvnias each.
Additionally, war participants and former prisoners of concentration camps, ghettos, and other places of forced detention will receive 450 hryvnias each.
The one-time financial aid will be transferred to recipients by Ukraine's Independence Day, celebrated on August 24.
