Liliya Struchkova elected chairperson of Oleksandriya City District Court of Kirovohrad region
On Wednesday, June 3, a meeting of judges of the Oleksandriya City District Court of Kirovohrad region took place. The agenda included the election of the court chairperson to an administrative position.
By secret ballot, judge Liliya Ivanivna Struchkova of the Oleksandriya City District Court of Kirovohrad region was elected chairperson of the court.
According to the Law of Ukraine "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges," the court chairperson is elected for a term of three years, but not longer than the term of office of the judge.
Recall that the chairperson was elected of the Rakhiv District Court of Zakarpattia region.
Also, the chairperson was elected of the Rozhniativ District Court of Ivano-Frankivsk region.
