As noted by the Ministry of Justice, the basis for the court appeal were materials from law enforcement agencies which, according to the ministry, confirmed the political force's activities harmful to the state sovereignty, territorial integrity, and national security of Ukraine.
The claim was justified by the fact that the organization's activities and public statements of its leader contained support for the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, justification of the occupation of Ukrainian territories, and dissemination of pro-Russian narratives.
The Ministry of Justice emphasized that after the decision comes into legal force, the activities of the political party will be finally terminated, and its identified assets will become state property.
