Ukrainian heavyweight boxing world champion Oleksandr Usyk met with the President of the United States Donald Trump in the Oval Office of the White House.

The photo from the meeting was published on the social network X by the US President's communications assistant Margo Martin.

In the released image, Usyk and Trump shake hands in the Oval Office. The photo attracted the attention of internet users because the composition of the frame resembles the traditional "battle of looks" that boxers have before matches.

"President Donald Trump in the Oval Office with heavyweight world champion Oleksandr Usyk," Margo Martin noted in the caption to the photo.

Details of the conversation between the Ukrainian boxer and the US president have not yet been disclosed.
