Who needs to reapply for a subsidy for the new period

Certain categories of citizens need to submit a new application and declaration.

The Pension Fund of Ukraine has announced that for most recipients, housing subsidies for the next period (from 01.05.2026 to 30.04.2027) have been extended automatically.
At the same time, it is necessary to apply for the subsidy if:
- the number of actually residing registered persons in the household is less than the number of registered persons;
- household members pay for housing and communal services for living in rented housing;
- the household is applying in 2026 for a housing subsidy to purchase liquefied gas, solid and liquid household stove fuel;
- there are internally displaced persons in the household (in case of change of their place of residence).
In addition, a new application and declaration can be submitted for the appointment of a housing subsidy if the household composition, the list of received housing and communal services, etc. have changed.
You can submit the application and necessary documents:
- at the service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine;
- at the administrative service center;
- through authorized officials of the executive body of the village, settlement, city council of the respective territorial communities;
- by mail to the address of the Pension Fund of Ukraine;
- online via the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
