The High Qualification Commission of Judges continues selecting judges for the Kharkiv Court of Appeal: new competition results
The High Qualification Commission of Judges, acting as a panel, conducted interviews and determined the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for judge positions at the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.
Based on the qualification assessment results:
Alla Petrivna Tokmakova - 371.10 points (did not confirm the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court);
Nataliia Valentynivna Yermak - 437.2 (take into account information obtained from the special check and during the interview within the competition for the appellate court judge position. Did not confirm the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court);
Hanna Volodymyrivna Mudretska - 726 (submit to the Commission in plenary session the issue of confirming the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court);
Oleh Stanislavovych Dvornin - postponed.
As is known, 62 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 47 vacant judge positions at the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 29 candidates: 22 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 2 candidates did not confirm it, interviews with 5 candidates will take place in the plenary session of the Commission. The qualification assessment for 1 candidate has been suspended.
