HCCC recommends seconding two judges to the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv

Two judges were recommended to be seconded to the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv for a period of one year.

At the meeting of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges on May 27, the issue of submitting a proposal with a recommendation to second judges to another court of the same level and specialization for the administration of justice was considered. This was reported by the HQCJ.
Due to the detection of excessive judicial workload, the Commission decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a proposal with a recommendation to second to the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv for a period of one year:
- Judge Hanna Oleksandrivna Tsvielodub of the Romny City District Court of Sumy Region;
- Judge Iryna Mykolayivna Shevchenko of the Nizhyn City District Court of Chernihiv Region.
