Lawyers, Judges, and Civil Servants: The HQCJ Published the Candidate Profile for the Competition to SOAS and SAAS
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine reminded that competitions for the positions of judges of the Specialized District Administrative Court and the Specialized Appellate Administrative Court are ongoing. Currently, the Commission is reviewing the practical works of candidates who were admitted to the fourth stage of the qualification exam – the completion of the practical task.
The HQCJ also published up-to-date infographics regarding the candidate profile in these competitions, taking into account the results of the three stages of the qualification exam and admission to the practical task.
In particular, 102 candidates for 17 positions were admitted to the practical task in the competition for the Specialized District Administrative Court, and 62 candidates for 10 positions for the Specialized Appellate Administrative Court.
Among the candidates for SDAC:
40 lawyers;
20 judges;
12 scholars;
10 civil servants;
20 candidates with combined professional experience.
Among the candidates for SAAC:
24 judges;
14 lawyers;
4 scholars;
2 civil servants;
18 candidates with combined professional experience.
"The largest number of candidates represent the city of Kyiv and Kyiv Region. Also among the competition participants are candidates and doctors of legal sciences from various regions of Ukraine," the HQCJ added.
