The High Qualification Commission of Judges, acting as a panel, conducted interviews and determined the results of the qualification assessment of three candidates for judge positions in the Kyiv Court of Appeal.

Based on the qualification assessment results, the Commission made the following decisions:

Chystyk Iryna Olehivna - announced a break;

Rybalka Yurii Volodymyrovych - 422.86 points (did not confirm the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court);

Ivanov Viktor Vasylyovych - 711.83 points (to submit to the Commission in plenary session the issue of confirming the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court).

It is known that 93 candidates applied to participate in the competition for 45 vacant judge positions in the Kyiv Court of Appeal.

In total, interviews were conducted with 51 candidates: 21 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 16 candidates did not confirm it, and interviews with 14 candidates will take place in the plenary session. Two candidates withdrew from the competition.
