HCCC recommended appointing Serhiy Traskovskyi as judge of the Izyaslav District Court of Khmelnytskyi region
On Monday, June 1, the Higher Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in a plenary session considered the issue of recommending Serhii Leonidovych Traskovskyi for the position of judge of the Izyaslav District Court of Khmelnytskyi region. This was reported by the HQCJ.
The compliance of a judge appointed for a five-year term before the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (regarding justice)" with the position held must be assessed in the manner prescribed by law.
The judge passed the qualification assessment and was recognized by the Commission as meeting the position held. Taking into account the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice to appoint Serhii Leonidovych Traskovskyi as judge of the Izyaslav District Court of Khmelnytskyi region.
