Judge of the Donetsk District Administrative Court Yevhen Hryshchenko has been temporarily suspended from administering justice following the decision of the Third Disciplinary Chamber of the High Council of Justice.

As reported by the High Council of Justice, on June 3, the Third Disciplinary Chamber decided to apply a disciplinary sanction to the judge in the form of a submission for dismissal from office.

According to the Law of Ukraine "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges" and the Law of Ukraine "On the High Council of Justice," in the event of such a decision, the judge is suspended from administering justice.

The period of suspension from administering justice lasts until the High Council of Justice makes a decision on his dismissal from office or cancels the decision of the Disciplinary Chamber.
