Volodymyr Oliiar Became Head of the Territorial Administration of the State Judicial Administration in Ivano-Frankivsk Region
On Friday, June 5, personnel changes took place at the leadership level in the Territorial Administration.
In accordance with part five of article 153 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges" and the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Legal Regime of Martial Law," the position of Head of the Territorial Administration of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine in the Ivano-Frankivsk region was taken by Volodymyr Ivanovych Oliiar.
He will perform his duties during the period of martial law in Ukraine – until the head of the territorial administration is approved in the prescribed manner according to procedures provided by the legislation on public service, taking into account the specifics defined by the Law of Ukraine "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges."
