At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in the composition of the panel, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for judge positions at the Kyiv Court of Appeal were determined. This was reported by the HQCJ.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment on June 4, the Commission made the following decisions:

Yakovleva Viktoriya Serhiivna - Consideration of the issue postponed

Kolyadenko Polina Leonidivna - 418.64 - Did not confirm the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court

Solovyov Viktor Viktorovych - Break announced

Chaltseva Tetyana Volodymyrivna - Consideration of the issue postponed

The HQCJ reminded that 93 candidates applied to participate in the competition for 45 vacant judge positions at the Kyiv Court of Appeal.

In total, interviews were conducted with 52 candidates for the Kyiv Court of Appeal: 23 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 18 candidates did not confirm, and interviews with 11 candidates will take place in a plenary session. Two candidates withdrew from the competition.
