The High Qualification Commission of Judges, as a panel, conducted interviews and determined the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for judge positions at the Kyiv Court of Appeal.

Based on the qualification assessment results, the Commission made the following decisions:

Yakovleva Viktoriya Serhiyivna - consideration of the issue postponed;

Kolyadenko Polina Leonidivna - 418.64 points (did not confirm the ability to administer justice in the appellate general court);

Solovyov Viktor Viktorovych - announced a break;

Chaltseva Tetyana Volodymyrivna - consideration of the issue postponed.

It is known that 93 candidates applied to participate in the competition for 45 vacant judge positions at the Kyiv Court of Appeal.

In total, interviews were conducted with 52 candidates for the Kyiv Court of Appeal: 23 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 18 candidates did not confirm it, and interviews with 11 candidates will take place in a plenary session. Two candidates withdrew from the competition.
