Competition for the election of members of the High Council of Justice by the quota of the All-Ukrainian Prosecutors' Conference: document submission has begun
The next All-Ukrainian Prosecutors' Conference is scheduled to be held on August 27-28, 2026, in Kyiv. This was reported to the High Council of Justice by the Chairman of the Council of Prosecutors of Ukraine. Among the issues to be considered is the election of two members of the High Council of Justice. This was announced by the HCJ.
"For security reasons, the venue will be announced additionally.
The next All-Ukrainian Prosecutors' Conference has been convened in accordance with the decision of the Council of Prosecutors of Ukraine, adopted in compliance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the High Council of Justice," the HCJ stated.
In accordance with Articles 8, 9, and 10 of the Law of Ukraine "On the High Council of Justice," the Secretariat of the High Council of Justice announces the start of document submission from candidates to participate in the competition for the election of members of the High Council of Justice by the next All-Ukrainian Prosecutors' Conference.
Submission of documents from candidates for the positions of members of the High Council of Justice ends at 12:00 AM on the last day of the deadline provided for in part three of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the High Council of Justice" if documents are submitted electronically, or at the end of the working hours of the Secretariat of the High Council of Justice on the last day provided for in part three of this article if documents are submitted in person.
"Submission of documents from candidates for the positions of members of the High Council of Justice is accepted until 24:00 on July 27, 2026, if documents are submitted electronically (official email address of the High Council of Justice: [email protected]) or until 5:00 PM on July 27, 2026, if documents are submitted in person (address: Kyiv, 12-a Studentska Street).
Candidates are requested to provide their contact phone number and email for feedback," the HCJ added.
