The High Qualification Commission of Judges has scheduled the consideration of the submission regarding the secondment (temporary transfer) of 3 judges to exercise justice at the Zhytomyr District Court of Zhytomyr region.

The consideration will take place on September 9, 2026, at 10:00 at the premises of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine (Kyiv, 9 General Shapoval Street).

According to part one of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges," by decision of the High Council of Justice, adopted based on the submission of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a judge may, with their consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialization to exercise justice.

A judge who intends to be seconded to another court of the same level and specialization must submit their consent to the Commission in the prescribed form (at the link), attaching:

1) a certificate according to the prescribed form (at the link);

2) other documents which, in the judge’s opinion, may be considered when making a decision (if any).

The deadline for submitting documents is 7 days from the date of announcement publication.

The form of document submission is paper and/or electronic.

Documents can be submitted in person or sent by mail (including electronic mail).

Documents are accepted at the address of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine:

  • Postal address: 03110, Kyiv, 9 General Shapoval Street;
  • Email address: [email protected].

Hours for personal submission of documents:

  • Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 12:45 to 16:00;
  • Friday from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 12:45 to 15:00.

Scanned images of paper documents sent by mail must be sent no later than the next day after their dispatch to the email address: [email protected] along with a scanned image of the document confirming the postal dispatch.

Judges submitting documents by email must sign them with a qualified electronic signature.
